This recording will guide you through a body check-in. We start with grounding into our bodies with a few deep breaths. Then we move onto a full body snapshot. Finally, we take it one body area at a time. The whole purpose is to notice and become aware of what is happening in our body. This is a great tool that will lead to more awareness and ability to connect the dots between what is happening in our bodies and shifts we can make to better ourselves.
