Sometimes when you ”fall off the wagon” it’s because you are riding the wrong wagon.
Just sit with that for a bit. Have you been trying to force something? A relationship, a habit, a job… but it just isn’t sticking.
Most people then turn this inward and make it to mean something about them. Not being strong enough or not having the willpower. Being a bad person.
Some people will blame this on others.
Truth is, blaming yourself or others isn’t going to solve it.
